I’m Alexis, founder of XO Beauty Co., a luxury mobile hair and makeup company. With over 20 years of experience as a professional hair and makeup artist, I’ve built my career around helping women feel confident, polished, and effortlessly beautiful.
As my career evolved, so did my focus. While bridal remains a meaningful part of my work, I’ve expanded into corporate, media, and personal branding—creating a more balanced, modern approach to beauty services.
For the past 10 years, XO Beauty Co. has provided on-location hair and makeup services for weddings, corporate events, photoshoots, and luxury private clients. As a wife of over 12 years and a mother of three, I’ve built a business rooted in excellence, connection, and a deep understanding of what it means to serve women in every season of life.

Weddings: We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak season dates. Availability is limited and secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
Trials: We recommend scheduling your preview 2–3 months prior to your wedding date.
Corporate: We recommend booking at least 4–8 weeks in advance, though we may be able to accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
How far in advance should I book?
No. Every team member is personally chosen to ensure their artistry and approach align seamlessly with our brand standards.
Does your team have different styles of doing hair or makeup?
Our availability is offered on a first come, first serve basis and is only secured by completing a signed contract + retainer fee.

Is there a minimum service requirement?
We require a non-refundable retainer, and a signed agreement to reserve your day. Your date will remain open until both have been received.
What is needed to reserve my Event/Wedding Date?
Questions & Answers
To ensure a seamless, on-time experience, each artist is booked for a maximum of 7 hair and/or makeup services, depending on your wedding morning timeline. For larger parties, additional artists may be added based on availability.
Team Member Minimum: Each artist assigned to your wedding requires a minimum of 5 services (or the dollar equivalent).
How many services can one artist accommodate?
Once your proposal is approved and your retainer is submitted, your date is officially secured. From there, we'll guide you through the planning process and timeline details.
